640 homes submitted for planning in Woolwich for Legal and General
This comprehensive regeneration project, one of Legal and General’s largest, proposes 640 much needed new Build to Rent homes together with 21,000 sqft of flexible commercial space for local businesses, as well as a sequence of public spaces that knit the development into the urban fabric.
Working to a tight eight month programme, Fathom has presented designs for the site to the GLA, CABE and the Royal Borough of Greenwich, ahead of the submission in July 2019. The project was designed in collaboration with DLA Design.
