Crits at UCL Bartlett’s postgrad in Bio-integrated Design
Justin attended end of term crits at UCL’s Here East campus. Cutting-edge facilities range from robots and fabrication equipment to environmental chambers and test rigs and is a unique collaboration between The Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment and the Faculty of Engineering Science.
The Bio-integrated Design Master’s programme is for students who are fascinated by advanced technology and things that grow – architecture and biochemical engineering. A mind-blowing range of work was up for discussion from robot extruded non-rotting food waste structures to the design carbon capturing clay kilns. Many thanks Professor Marcos Cruz for the invitation.
