Fathom Architects

Southwark Charities have been helping the vulnerable in Southwark for over 400 years. We are delighted that they have appointed Fathom to design a development of world-class Almshouses on Blackfriars Road. The Almshouses will offer older people in need the opportunity to lead independent lives in a safe, secure and supported environment. Including a new community hub to facilitate the charity’s local grant-giving work, the development will also deliver generous public realm and a significant amount of market and affordable workspace.
