New Housing Models – RICS talk

Fathom’s Justin Nicholls was invited to give a presentation at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for The Residential Construction Network on how new housing models can help deliver the Government’s target of building 300,000 homes a year.

His talk focused on innovative ways the sector is addressing housing including; designing homes targeted to specific stages of life, broadening of tenure types and how we are finding more space to build in. Justin highlighted some of Fathom’s recent work including: MacBean Street, Woolwich for Legal & General’s build-to-rent portfolio, Taxi House, Westminster co-living proposals for The Collective and an affordable housing infill site, Westminster for Craig Ewan.
