We’re pleased to be working with The Crown Estate to improve the street presence of a 1980’s corner building on Prince’s Street – just off Regent’s Street – supporting their aim to enhance food and beverage offer and public realm in the immediate area.

Drawing pedestrian traffic from Oxford Street, Regent Street and Crossrail at Hanover Square, the newly refurbished ground floor will animate this key corner and increase dwell time on Prince’s Street.
