BCO Technical Tour at The Waterman
We’re very excited to be showing British Council for Offices Members around The Waterman for a Technical Tour on 23 April from 5.30pm.
A BCO Awards finalist, Fathom will be joined at The Waterman by our client BGO and contractor Ambit to offer a behind the scenes tour of this complex heritage retrofit.
We’ll be sharing the challenges we faced through planning, design and construction to transform four leaky warehouses with EPC ratings of C-E into a cohesive single EPC A rated workspace with unrivalled amenities and distinct character.
