Fathom on Homes England’s DARTS Framework
Homes England – the government’s housing and regeneration agency – has appointed Fathom on Lot 2 of the Development and Regeneration Technical Services (DARTS) Framework as part of a team led by longstanding collaborators David Lock Associates Ltd.
We’re looking forward to using our expertise in the design of residential, innovation and employment sites to support Homes England achieve their development objectives – generating exemplary outcomes for people, places and nature and investments which deliver social as well as economic gain.
