Heritage Award – Wilbury Grove, Brighton
We are very pleased our sensitive redevelopment The Stables has just won a Sussex Heritage Trust Award for best medium sized residential development in the region. This follows a commendation for best refurbishment project in 2019 Housebuilder Awards. The mixed use development in a Brighton & Hove Conservation Area, reworks and extends an existing three storey Victorian mews to provide four apartments and ground floor work space. Many thanks River Oak Homes for doing such a great job delivering it.
