Berkeley Square Estate and Astrea Asset Management have appointed Fathom to re-envision 30 Bruton Street, until recently the home of Stella McCartney. The 12,500 sqft Grade Two listed building sits in the heart of the Mayfair Conservation Area. Our remit is to enhance the heritage assets whilst providing much improved ‘maison retail’ space for occupation by another global fashion brand.
