In another recent appointment, Fathom has been commissioned by a Hong Kong based charity to work with Capital Real Estate Partners on an existing 1950s residential building in Mayfair.
We’re developing comprehensive retrofit proposals to give the building a new lease of life, adding value by increasing the number of homes and improving environmental performance.
