Opportunity London: Blackfriars Almshouses
We’re delighted that our almshouse development for Southwark Charities is one of eight Southwark projects featured in Opportunity London – led by the Mayor of London, London Councils and The City of London Corporation to promote sustainable investment in real estate, regeneration and green infrastructure across London’s borough and communities.
The highly sustainable 100% affordable housing development in Blackfriars creates 62 contemporary almshouses as an active and supportive community for local older people facing hardship, supported by neighbourhood uses, affordable workspace and public gardens.
