Good news! Our upgrades to Queensbury House on Old Burlington Street in Mayfair have been granted planning consent.
Works to the 22,700sqm mixed use building include a new ground floor facade, reconfigured entrance, cycle facilities and external amenity space, all falling within the Higher Risk Building’s category of the Building Safety Act.
