Planning for Berkeley Square heritage retrofit

Excellent news for our client Berkeley Estate Asset Management as we gained planning consent last week for a series of interventions across three Grade II listed townhouses in Mayfair.

Our remit was to consider opportunities for the trio of heritage properties – combined as a single office 20 years ago – to reinstate the distinctive character of each house, create contemporary workspaces and add amenity spaces within the urban cluster.
