Last week Building Design featured The Waterman in their ‘What Made This Project’ series, focusing on specification challenges for this complex retrofit.
The series profiles studios shortlisted for BD’s Architect of the Year Awards, digging deep into the decision-making process we went through carefully re-use as much of the building fabric as possible across the 70,000sqft heritage retrofit.
