We’re a finalist in the Mix Awards!
We’re very excited to share news that The Waterman has been announced as a finalist in the Mix Awards 2025!
Shortlisted for Project of the Year (Workplace Interiors 30k-70k sqft), the project is a collaborative reimagination of four Victorian warehouses into a single, cohesive workspace with a contemporary identity that celebrates its past.
The Waterman now offers six floors of flexible workspace with private terraces on every level, a 2,900sqm communal roof garden, high quality end of trip amenities and Alfred’s Club coworking lounge – designed in collaboration with Fettle.
