UK Workspace of the Year win at FX!
We were blown away to win UK Workplace of the Year at the FX Awards last night for 6 Babmaes Street – our second award win of the month!
Thank you to The Crown Estate for their innovative brief and trusting us to deliver something unique in a fast-changing market; our team who put love and care into every detail; and the FX judges for seeing the value of meaningful human interaction in the workplace.
Conceived and delivered ahead of the pandemic, our imaginative retrofit transformed a redundant 1970s building into an appealing social and collaborative communal space for The Crown Estate’s office customers in St James’s, and had a positive impact on lettings in the area.
