Excellent news for Fathom and development managers Morgan Capital as we got the go ahead for LOMA last night – an ambitious 6,300sqm workspace retrofit on Lower Marsh in Waterloo.
Transforming a 1990s building identified as having a negative impact on the Lower Marsh Conservation Area, our scheme re-imagines the structure to create a sustainable and characterful workspace offering best in class amenities for local businesses.
