Planning granted for 19 Queen Street
We’re delighted to announce that Westminster Council have granted planning permission and listed building consent for the redevelopment of Grade II listed 19 Queen Street on behalf of Morgan Capital.
This Georgian townhouse has been empty for 20 years and suffered some insensitive alterations in the 1980s. Fathom’s scheme will reinvigorate this beautiful building, providing state of the art office accommodation within a heritage setting.
