Improving the presence of a 1980s corner building off Regent’s Street to enhance F&B offer and create a more enjoyable public realm.

Fathom is pleased to be working with The Crown Estate to improve the street presence of a 1980’s corner building on Princes Street – just off Regent’s Street – supporting their aim to enhance food and beverage offer and public realm in the immediate area.

Our refurbishment creates a generous and adaptable dual fronted unit with distinctive timber shopfronts framed by dark painted brickwork, activating the street corner and promoting a pavement café culture.

Incorporating signage and canopy zones, as well as upgrading riser and plant provision, enables a restaurant tenant to quickly brand and operate from the space.

Drawing pedestrian traffic from Oxford Street, Regent Street and Crossrail at Hanover Square, the newly refurbished ground floor will animate this key corner and increase dwell time on Princes Street.
