It’s been a couple of years in the making, but we’re very excited to announce the completion of LOMA on Lower Marsh, the lively market street just south of Waterloo station.

We have transformed a 1990s eyesore into a workplace with soul including a courtyard garden, coworking lounge and rooftop clubhouse.

We are pleased to have been re-appointed by UK Research and Innovation, continuing our successful 5-year collaboration with David Lock Associates as site masterplanners for the UK’s national laboratories.

Together we have prepared Development Plans for the UK’s most significant research facilities, including Rutherford Appleton Laboratory at Harwell and Daresbury Laboratory in Cheshire.

We were honoured to attend the ground-breaking ceremony for Edward Edwards’ House, the 100% affordable almshouse development we gained planning consent for in 2021 on behalf of Southwark Charities.

Almshouses have been on this site since the 1700s, so we’re very proud to have played our part in continuing this tradition with an innovative and inclusive design providing 62 contemporary homes for older people facing hardship.

Following our contribution to Spelthorne Design Code, we are continuing our successful collaboration with David Lock Associates as part of a design team appointed by Spelthorne to prepare a masterplan for Staines-upon-Thames town centre.

Spanning multiple key sites, our work will identify opportunities to support positive growth including the intensification of housing provision.

Last month, the first phase of our work at Grade II listed Christchurch Woking completed with the grand opening of their community café and bookshop, elevating the church’s presence in the town centre.

We’re pleased to introduce Cavell House, a Grade II listed former Westminster City Hall building occupying a prominent curved plot on Charing Cross Road, opposite the National Portrait Gallery.

We’re working through public consultation stages with our client, development manager CBRE and a brilliant collaborative design team to reconfigure and extend the compromised 1980s development behind a heritage façade.

Excellent news for our client Berkeley Estate Asset Management as we gained planning consent for a series of interventions across three Grade II listed townhouses in Mayfair.

Our remit was to consider opportunities for the trio of heritage properties – combined as a single office 20 years ago – to reinstate the distinctive character of each house, create contemporary workspaces and add amenity spaces.
