As part of Fathom’s wider role in evolving the retail offer at Coal Drops Yard, we supported The King’s Cross Group to welcome Uniqlo to the heritage setting.
Working closely with Uniqlo in a client monitoring role, we ensured that the 830sqm unit was sensitively adapted within a listed structure to accommodate high footfall and offer an enjoyable shopping experience.
